lolo well as I've been ... maybe more than 3 2 years in Cups of +3 levels or 4-5... I usually leave this competition to focus in CL and League so I can manage it better... the only time I went for Cup 2 consecutive seasons in a case like this I arrived to Semifinals facing 8*-9* teams in many rounds. As I train phisicall/mental of many players to 9-10* I had chances, but thats all.

I still suggesting and defending that a Cup of same level would be more attractive and would increase the activity and fight between teams to win it.
Actually with this system the Cup give market advantadge to low Q teams of better levels that many times are out of CL places in their leagues, so actually the Cup is a trophy for low Q. teams of high levels than your.

How do you know that? Is the matrix wrong? I went by the payouts. They call is level 13.

matrix isn't wrong, you had a 5 star team with some 6 star players, hence you are in a cup one rank above your level, rating cup by highest level player is deceptive.

I was in a LV10 cup last season, I would be surprised if I dropped down to LV9 this season, I wasn't that aggressive selling off high rated players. That is, I was very aggressive listing them, but in the absence of buyers, I did not have it in me to cut them and take a $$ loss.

My guess is I am in a LV11 cup. I guess we'll find out when I lose. No one seems to doubt it I just don't understand how the matrix labels it Level 13 and you say it isn't wrong. I compared the payout table I am shown in the RULES to the matrix and it matches up with Level 13.

Or are you saying that it may be called "Level 13 Cup" in T11, but realistically it is a L9 cup? That I can accept.

Well, I like to think that I am bravely fighting my way through LV13 cup But at least we are on the same page now.

Last season I was L10 and I was in a L13 Cup. Now I find L14, and of course I just lost on just the second round. I will probably never win.

Why is the cup so different from the other 2 tournaments? Why must it be so hard without any reason?

Judging by team level may be wrong, but considering that you can lose by much weaker teams for no reason whatsoever it doesn't make any difference.
