I am LV8 in a cup LV13, what does that mean?

I was in a LV10 cup last season, I would be surprised if I dropped down to LV9 this season, I wasn't that aggressive selling off high rated players. That is, I was very aggressive listing them, but in the absence of buyers, I did not have it in me to cut them and take a $$ loss.

My guess is I am in a LV11 cup. I guess we'll find out when I lose. No one seems to doubt it I just don't understand how the matrix labels it Level 13 and you say it isn't wrong. I compared the payout table I am shown in the RULES to the matrix and it matches up with Level 13.

Or are you saying that it may be called "Level 13 Cup" in T11, but realistically it is a L9 cup? That I can accept.
