Yeah, I had problems too. There was a game offer "Die Stämme - (engl. tribal wars)". The offer description said, who plays it and collects 85 points, gets more than 30 free tokens. I collected the points, even more than 100, but the tokens were not paid out. Really sad.

With videos I made good experience, except for the Sims-University video. It refuses to play (maybe it is a flash issue).

I had similar issues with some games but contacted the responsible company for these games and they asked me for a print screen and my email address on the same page and they credit me back the tokens. Look into the game supplier you should have a support button. Click there, open a case and that's it! Very easy to get them if you indeed complete the requested steps!

Did you fall for that "trick"? ... The person behind it is just tricking people to complete the surveys so he/she can be credited/rewarded (get a income). Your just making him/her a favour.
