How to take a picture of my squad?

I just started the game and want to take a picture of my squad to ask other managers about their opinion on it
Any idea how to take a photo of it on an android phone?

You click the "menu" button and the "open" almost together, for 1-2 sec and it saves your screen.
Then I don't know how to upload it in direct, I just connect my phone to my pc, save my picture there and (after some editing in the size) I upload it here.

You can use TAPATALK (aplication for Forum), it is easy to upload picture here.

My tablet you just swipe with the side of your hand. You should probably me able to upload it in the reply option, but otherwise mail it to yoursel.f

On most Android phones, Power+Volume down will take the screenshot. Then use taptalk. That's what I do
