That explains it, kudos to you for having the wherewithal to successfully pull off a full rebuild. I get way too attached to my players. I just aim for having a first squad of 6* and average team Q of high 4* at the end of seasons. I can't sell good players that perform just to get better draws. Maybe in a few seasons if I still haven't won a CL.

Keep going, play the way you were meant to and don't manipulate the system. Spoils the fun for everyone you get in that "easy draw" with - for sure your wins mean jack if you had to manipulate the draw to play weaker teams to get them too.
