Are people able to cheat on this game? In this example his whole team was 9 stars including subs, his buildings are fully built, etc... He's lvl 4 and started not too long ago (2 days after me)..

OK, it's not impossible, I know a guy (if you remember what I 'm talking about ) but it's very very rare

It's long ago, but at the age of 15, I was on a class with such a kid - it got 100€/week (pocket money).
I've seen kids spending tons of parents money on online games (and only god knows what else). Not surprising unfortunately.
