What have you learned from last season?
With the limit on farming and the reduction of fast trainers, it's time to adjust my style of management. I also experimented with having a player with excessive speed (276%) hoping to see him burn everyone. I learned it doesn't really make a difference. He averaged about 1 goal per game the previous year and about the same this season.

Who do you want to replace?
Going to be getting a bunch of 5 star players to fill out my team. No longer staffing a short bench and implementing a rotation as I suspect they penalize form for overplaying players.

What are your goals for this season?
To figure out my strategy for managing without power training.
