I think there is a misunderstanding with the role of assistant.
I consider him as an "observer" of the game who give me some notes (after checking some calculations and stats)
or sometimes like a fan of the team, who just want his team to win

LOL AM always a joke.... @ 52min ....he said our defense should not fall asleep in the last few minute.... 90 - 52 = 38.... so...38 min in AM's eyes are only "last few minute" ..... so... i am sure he doesn't really see the whole match to give you comment~LOL

plus..... his report...... 99% is useless.....
do you think you need someone to tell you that "XXX find a way to shake our net" or " we fail to stop XXX to score" in the after match report???? and he also said "7.6 is good rate for my DC"...while i lost the game by 3:2.... and right on top of that "good rate" he report that " we fail to stop XXX to score".... really???

we fail to stop XXX to score...but my DC was doing a good job so he earned a good rate.... so is that those things we should expect -.-??

My market has no DRs, even if there is, they are 3* but there is an army on DLs and DL/DCs... Nordeus won't give us what we need...

well.... 3 DC can help you~LOL .... i don't have DR since..... season 2..... and now, i am LV13~ (well....among all my DC... i have one DC/DR (from U21....and he is 25 yr old now and he is my first team DC) and one DC/DL.... just in case i need to change formation tho... but......i never change formation no matter what opposite i am facing... 3DC +1DMC is always my defense)....

Same thing here. Lots of nordgens DL/DCs but no good DCs and DR/DMR - not even decent ones. The past 2 seasons or so, there were a lack of DLs, and now it is for DCs and DRs.

The 'funny' thing is that the scouts' list since the start of the season up to now contains good-looking DCs and a DR. The 1st recommendations list this season was also about DRs. Could this be deliberate so that users are forced to use the scout's list and/or recommendations list?

At least two other users complained about the lack of good nordgen DCs on the auction market this season.

But they can't beat a manager playing smart and bidding on old players with his only token, and winning the auction. Thank you, I don't need DRs now. But I'd got not a single Nordgen in the season beginning.

For the recommendations, it is because your average quality for the ST area is lowest compared to the other areas. If you sell your lowest quality STs or boost their quality and/or buy higher quality STs, the recommendations would probably change to another region of the pitch.

@Tactician the average score of STs is not the highest (GKs win it), but it isn't the lowest too (AMR wins it). The problem with STs is back. David has lesser impact than his previous seasons, so is now playing at AMC. We've adopted 4-2-3-1 and 4-3-2-1 as our primary formations. Interestingly, his ratings have improved. Also, there seems to be a dip in the number of set pieces now; in about a third of our games we don't have a FK. David also has been a bit ineffective from FKs. But as an AMC he's been playing extremely well, assisting the wingers.
