Well, good players are or, good trainers, so young players as you have (then they can work or nope) and, the players that, have saved stats from it's old team, in negotiations I suggested this way because mostly of players have stats saved, btu in the market, you can obtain players with good stats shown, for few tokens, so if you have few tokens I will suggest continue buying youngers as you have, then sack those who don't work as expected, and, try to see some players, even if they have 4-5* and +23 age, if these have a good ratio of goals/assistances / matches, this is a more reliable information as is based in events, not in what is suposed that a player have to do, because "simply visiaully" have 8*.

In negotiations I have some friends of +3 levels that, when they recive the academy 2*, these are 5* for me and sometimes one can obtain for 1T or just paying one of these players too.
