Is not related or about one season to another, is more about age groups we see in the market.

This means too, that you dont need a full new team every season, because good youngers can be one day good veterans so you can keep them and then, do a mix with some new youngs is more easy...

For those that buy players from scout's list (and now recommendation's list too), it is more like, time to buy and spend around 300 tokens to get new players as many of the 'old' ones have expired despite them still being 6 or 7-star players. The 'funny' things is that this has been observed a few times in the past (and reported here too), where suddenly many scout-list players suddenly 'forgot' how to play and they perform badly after a season or two, despite being put up against weaker opponents.
