Azwanonly, sure it is not logical, and thus it is a mistake for someone who did something like this, but see the following.

(1) Players with corner special ability and very high crossing ability still not able to make enough assists from corners.
(2) Players with very high shooting and finishing missing a lot of chances (shooting high or wide).
(3) Strikers don't need fitness according to the game, but goalkeepers do.
(4) Players with very low shooting ability scoring goals like shadow strikers.
(5) Players with very high speed being out-ran by players with very low speed.
(6) Using hard attacking and attacking does not bring you any goal versus a much much weaker team; you switch to defensive and you get 7 goals.
(7) You use odd order combinations like hard attacking and force counter attacks, high pressing and force counter-attacks or hard defending and high pressing, you will still win some matches and even dominate.
(8) Goalkeepers taking corners and free-kicks like a specialist, assisting or scoring.

There are so many more odd things.

This game has no sense at all other than being a game set up for fooling people, making them to compete against each other and making money out of them, especially lately after what seem the company did some things that made the game gone backwards.

Before someone tries to come and justify things in this game or defend this game, I will advise him to make some tests himself by creating two new teams and put them to face each other several times and try to manage the teams, and make his own deductions.
