Believing that progress slows with each quality star gained, you might train until just before the next star (99%, for example), then switch to SA training to maximize progress.
No I find when training to do it the other way train the SA first as all points are going towards that & not the players quality .Then when finished he will still train fast up to his next star.
e.g. if you sign a 18 year old Nordgen at Q 99 5 star he should move really fast to seven star Q105 from then to the next star it´s a lot slower .So if you add the skill points for an AS at the beginning he still stays at Q 99 so after that he ´ll still move fast to Q 105 the next star.
