I vote that manager's attendance is important (but not always).

I wasnt present but did win but only a 2-0 victory

You know, in some games vs abandoned teams, I was waiting for big domination.
Attending the game, 1-0, 2-0, 3-0, 4-0, 5-0 and then pooof,
nothing !
I made subs, switching formations, orders (to hard attack), red arrows to all - nothing.
Stuck in 5-0.
So, nothing guarantee
