Weird! - Players that got all team 7-8 stars

I have a very strange situation
i have friend in my top eleven list, that have all team 7-8 starts, and all 19-22 old's..
Last season he finish in 1st spot and got League up (so the trick to stay in the same league not here,,,, anyway all players very Youngs)

any one know hoe he din that ?
btw we are in same lvl 17... so dunno
