This player using a cheat!!!

I thought of asking before, a question for @Jeeves and the @devs...

Cheating is fairly rare at the moment. We ban accounts on a daily basis, the majority of which are VPN abusers. The Associations loans exploit is actually extremely rare. It's a really slow and cumbersome process, so there are only a few people using it.

1. So? Because only some are using it there will be no punishment for them? Cmon guys, do something about it, it sux and is not fair.
2. I never understood what vpn abuse is. What is the benefit of using vpn? I used it sometimes for other sites and not for cheating or so.
I dont wanna get banned suddenly. I dont cheat T11. I dont even know how I should cheat.

Re: association exploit. Hope it gets addressed as well, shutting down those duplicate account creators.
The big concern is that some of the few using it are at the top of the associations list, which means they are being visibly rewarded for it and preventing more fair-play teams from getting those top 10 rewards. Way too high profile.
