I merged those two threads as it's about the same manager and team case.
Naveen, it's not only the formation but many other things that count.
But it's good to talk about specific things.
Post a game you lost from a weaker team, the stats, your orders, the players, so to have some better view

well, if this is the answer, your perception about the game needs to improve a lot.show your formation & tactic used
I suggest to read a lot of useful threads in Tutorials and Formations sections.
It will help more than asking.
I 'm sure you 'll find a lot of answers.

Your stats look similar to my 4411 stats, really nothing looks bad in those, they are each close games from the stats. Your GK can save, your midfield can usually tackle, and you get shots on and off target.
The only notable difference to me is your pass completion rate, is very consistent and very moderate. 85 is good or better if you play with long passes. But for mixed or short, I expect higher, 86-91 with normal or attacking mentality.
As stated, share your full tactics, including any arrow you use. Arrows, especially on attackers make a difference how they act and rate. I can't really use an up arrow on my ST, and almost always have one on my AMC.
Overall though, I would keep experimenting, don't worry too much or give up because of this. You're close.
Naveen, your striker should be the best free kick specialist. 3-4 matches not scoring is ok. Maybe it was just bad luck. Quality tends to get the upper hand in this game and eventually will start to shine. The trick behind your striker taking the free kicks is that he will get a lot of MoM awards which will keep him high in the 7 star league or even pump him up to 8 star. Unless of course you have another brilliant free kick specialist.
Can you show a pic of your squad with some numbers maybe and the formation?
