Are the recomended transfers worth?

I don't buy reco. scout after the mid season or when only one week left for the season, unless:

- I badly need a good player on that position or
- if player is 19 yo

I'm in a comfotable lead. Will end up as league leader with a huge difference.
I won't buy any recommended player until the end of the season.
