^^^ I'm season 8, and he's original to the team along with my AMC and one of 2 ST, the other I think I picked up in season 2. I'm dealing with aging now, trying to figure out how long they really stay viable. My season 2 GK seems off, but then so do my miraculous 8 rating back ups. It's hard to know when to send them on, but it's making for an interesting balance.

Even these older guys can get back to 80 easily, and if that's still getting it done... I can concentrate my resources on replacing the players who are playing for 6-7 ratings. So I have a few old reliables, a few mid career players who might be over their prime, and the promising u-21 guys can get lots of packs and reach 120 each season.

I also try to take advantage of the -20% to skills (and higher Training Efficiency Factor) at each new level. I mean, I try to "rebalance" individual player's skills. For resample if my DC needs better heading but has high tackling, the new season allows that to be trained more efficiently. It's been important with the old guys as training becomes much less effective. (If you believe skills matter.)

I'm left to wonder.. Is this your first managerial career, or have you played at some point in the past?

You must have won losts of trophies, the league title every season.. I'd guess. Question must be how many trebles you've won. D'u mind telling?

After 7-1 in cup competition I was shocked when I saw my players ratings lol
Ok,The Phenomenon scored 5 and MoM(10),the gk had 1 sot,1 goal (6.3)😂 but only 3 players with an rating over 7 and no more than 7.9,I don't remember ever after a big win to have so many players with low ratings

    CL :

    Skin Fc 0-5 Persebaya 2014

Nice Match as none of our players got booked. Chrystna Bhagascara Managed to score a hat-trick in the game, Securing ourselves a spot in the Round of 16

    League :

    Persebaya 1-0 blackstar FC

After a 71 minutes of stalemete, Jonathan Santamaria opened the score to seal the important win against the very strong title contender.

Jonathan deserves my mention as the player of the day as he was the one that opened the score in both games

    Bonus :

L.A. Galaxi Strikes back, winning their away leg against Juventus FC 2-1

Last 5 season I have faced below good oppo in cups and ch.l. and this season we drew together in the league.
I knew from the beginning that it will be my main rival for the league trophy and till today we had both 8 consecutive wins.
But I won the "together" match , 2-4 away and gain a small advantage for the title

No loss till now for Clover13 and team seems to performing really well.
Main team is 7* and I have a bunch of 6~6,5* players for in the bench.
I do not know if it is the rotation, but I hope they keep performing the same way.

Desert Rats FC played their Round 5 Champions League Group match, at home against a team 6.6Q/27% lower in Quality, and for long periods struggled to gel. After central defender Filip Andersson put in a 1st minute strike, the visitors' defence put in a tremendous shift, repelling all efforts of the home side to increase their lead. Five minutes into the second-half, the visitors equalised, and the Rats AM started to get a little frantic. After two snippets of advice to get attacking, the Management made a substitution at right-back and then changed to attacking mentality. Almost immediately, the away defence conceded a free-kick, and Glenn Seynaeve dispatched the set piece ball over the wall and past the 'keeper to give the hosts the lead again. Strikers Matt Goggin and Julien Renard each scored in the last ten minutes to give the Rats a 4-1 win, thus clinching progression to the Knockout rounds, and as Group winner.

Stats made interesting reading - 3W-1-4-2 vs 4(3DC-DR)-1(DML)-1-2(AMW)-2.

Desert Rats FC played away to 8th place in the League, with a 7.6Q/30% advantage in Quality, but struggled with their Narrow Diamond formation against a 3W-1-3W-3 formation. Striker Matt Goggin scored in the 51st minute, and the defence did its job from there on, the Rats recording a second successive 1-0 win.
