Best Way to Keep 10% Team Bonuses?

You are right but not that all of the old guys play very well every season, especially after 25 they are starting to show mediocre performances. As you have mentioned, some of 18 years old players really well. I think generally the most effective age is 21 for these guys and I wonder Toxcatl, do you have a thread or opinion about training efficiency of recommendeds and youngsters that we bought by tokens, because they always train faster than both the players we bought from the market and scouts.

All players you're buying for tokens have good training rate. Scouts have high training rate too, it's just they're not young. And it is very much possible to buy very good fast-trainers on the market, so you're not quite right here.

Anyway, it doesn't matter for training where do you get them, a player is a player.

Why would you need 10%? I have the bonus always up to 8%. In the morning I do a light training with my whole team. Then my subs get a hard training and with a video that is enough to keep it at 8%. That last 2% will not make the difference and I do not want to spend green packs on that. The green packs will be used for fast trainers to get them to 7 star

Because 10% > 8%.
I don't see the logic in your post. Getting 8% bonus from 6% takes almost the same efforts as getting 10% from 8%. What's the point of losing 2%? You gain nothing by that.
Also, if you need green packs to keep your bonuses afloat, you are doing it wrong, sorry.
