The whole match lasts for 8 minutes. You have to quickly adapt to the situation but don't worry, that comes with experience.

Thanks managers! Sometimes i want to change a player but the time fly quiiqly and many times i didn't changed no player. I'll try to move fast. No problem.

You are not playing against a computer (most of the time). You are playing against another person. There's no way to pause, which would make the game dull for the other manager.

You keep playing and you'll get more used to the controls of the game, such that you can make changes faster in the future.
