The highest rounds I saw earlier was 85 for a DC/DMC with Def Wall SA.
104 rounds for a DC/DR is absolute madness!!!

Qp + 20 * (Lvl - 1) = OQ * 4
(Qp - percentage quality, Lvl - level, OQ - overall quality)

Lvl = 1 + (4 * OQ - Qp) / 20
Lvl = 1 + (4 * 209 - 96) / 20 = 38
