i hardly believe that ( 34 ) cause for me there is a technical limit who suit for every people all over the world so i don't see how you can have more 30

Basically there are two factors
1) ad offer availability
2) max cap

Even if you have endless ad offers you can never surpass the cap.
This cap was 30 but now it seems to be 25.

Ok little difference, just managers should rearrange their planning.

yes i remember when the cap was 100 ( the good old time ) , i was able to reach 100 free packs and then see more offers but no rewards after the max cap

Well you may have a point but just reading the first post of https://forum.topeleven.com/top-elev...ch-issues.html it makes more sense that the soft cap is the same for all regions.

But no one can be sure

I remember that 1 year ago , I had a short trip to Germany, I earned 300 greens in 2 days, all those greens went in SA and +2 Levels for GK , completely waste! That loser cost me 2 CL finals lost, he had the worst rating ever (4,5) ,
