From 30 bags, the limit decreased (again) to 25... when will this stop?

I get around 5-8 per day from the pc

I'll get 2 every 3 or 4 hours from an advert and, if I'm lucky, I'll get a 30 second or a minute video repeated about 10 times. Only on the old version though.

The limit was 40 at first, then 35, then 30... until 2 days ago, when they decreased it to 25.

Huh? Videos and gifts are different things. I got 24 videos yesterday, and 1 from gift. Usually it was 30 from videos and 1 from gift. Plus, of course, for subs.

What their purpose actually? U see they group strong teams together and that already discourage people from buying many scout players. Nobody want to spent money and meet similar opponents in the game.
