Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

Not showing stats is a drawback in my opinion, as well as the no limitation in level of players participating in a bidding.

Although tokens being refunded if you lose the auction is not necessarily good because spammers could raise the bid for a player, it can also help a sensible player in not participating at all. Personally I wouldn't participate in an auction if the entering bid was something like 5,6 or even 10 tokens.

Anyway, I think we must try this out for a few days to totally get the grasp of it.

And THIS is where Nordeus have really dropped the ball.
A level 1 manager who begins playing with 120 tokens in his account is quickly, very quickly going to need to more if 4 or 5 auctions are won.
Spend money or stop playing? Erm at level 1 with no resources? Bye.
The Newbies won't progress, and the higher levels wither and die.
