Selling 79% players at negotiation

Anyone gotten offer for 79% or 59% players?
I got several at 79% but unlike last season, this new season I didnt get any offer. I got one guy 25 yrs old at 79%, amc/aml and shadow striker, 35 goals in 50 games. Currently locking him with amr position.

Not answering your question exactly but I received offers on 19% player

I've sold a 59% this morning for 4 tokens.
3 players yesterday at 79%, total 13 tokens.
And have offers on 4 other 79% players with 6 tokens offered.
It's still working for me.
