Hi Managers!
We apologize for the issue that affected the Association tournaments on April 28th. As a compensation, each affected Association will receive 3 points for each match lost, so there won’t be a disadvantage. On top of that, the members of these Associations will receive 5 tokens each. :)
This is not reasonable. You will give 3 points for matches lost. But we lost 5 matches due to your system error and although you will compensate 15 points, now our chances of reaching final is gone. If our association had managed to be first this week, we would have got 50 bonus points too and we would not be relegated. Staying at Gold 1 would have given 50 tokens too. So compensation is not fair. If we don't reach finals then our association will be relegated and we will not get 50 tokens. So you have to compensate accordingly.

The same issue when we were given the last FA bug, my group relegated by a few points we easily would have had any other weekend. Nord doesn't acknowledge the value for the bonus points of placing 1st,2nd,3rd.
But v5.6 is worth relegation, isn't it?:(:confused: ...another non-issue had they chosen a better release date... or tested the code better... Or fed it to a dog.
As others have pointed out, as our Association is 15-3 down we now have little chance of progressing through to the final and the potential of winning 50 bonus points. The compensation does not take this into account. Add in the green and blue packages we had to use to set up our teams for the ridiculously early 4am kick off, and the compensation offered is quite frankly derisory. A shoddy way to treat your customers Nordeus.
LoL compensation is lame.
It seems that the one that decided does not even have a clue of the association rewarding system.

We are Lion King association. Our currently ranked 27th on Top. To day, at 12 pm, 28 Apr, All member can not play in football association. " The match was not played because the defeated club did not arrive with 11 eligible player for the game" Please explain us. We don't need compensation token. We need fair play points between all associations. replay this week???.
Doesn't take a genius in math to know that the compensation ain't even close enough.
If you miss out on the final you loose alot of points.
The 2nd leg is in 10 minutes and we are still 3-9 down...

Guido, I think it means that your Association is credited with 3pts per lost game in the standings from the earlier games, but the results from them won't be changed. However forgive me if I've read that wrongly.

How would you say there is no disadvantage when you compensate us 15 points for 5 loss? Now other team has 15 points and we only have 3 points. That also goal difference also 15-3 so they are ahead by 12 goals. We need to win all 6 to reach final. If we win 5, we may still not reach final as we may not catch up goal difference. This is a bug that exists for 2 months now maybe more

For me the asso game engine is completely broken or matches are fixed, so they keep most teams in the level that Nordeus wants
Did the rest of your association all lose too and lose to nil because it happened to me on the last bug, my whole association got smashed 4-0 6-0 7-0 ect in both legs and only i was able to score 1 goal and considering a couple of teams including mine was 2 stars stronger, looks exactly like your above resultQuote:

5 tokens and 3 pts for a match lost is too unfair. All 4 teams have a chance to win the tournament and get additional 50 pts. Pls give another 50 pts to every association.

No, i don't want tokens, don't want beckup. I just want to play in one fair browser game. When David CAN'T beat Goliat. It is not normal for my team to be better than the rival and I lose. You will say that in the real world this is happening (a recent example is the loss of CHELSEA from Crystal Palace 1: 2). OK. But in this game, I'm a manager who's watching the game. These are + 8% bonus, I have 5 supporters. This is another + 10% bonus. Every 25 minutes I activate 12-14 bonuses / attack, positioning /. Well, no matter how good a tactic, the small team, these percentages **** you , do not they influence in any way ?! That's why you get your tokens and backups in your ****ing ass! Greetings!

This issue is NOT resolved.
See my thread . I watched the final with 4 other managers from my association and some from the opponents. We won it on penalties but the result hadn't come through hours later. Then this morning I see we came second because the manager that won the match supposedly didn't have 11 players - has has a squad of 25.
Here are some screenshots showing how it looked after the match, this morning and the reactions of the managers when we won the final on penalties.
For the record, they took 5 penalties and missed the 3rd (miss) and 5th (save), we took and scored 4. During the penalty takers selection, it kept reverting back to the original list every time I added a penalty taker.
