Hi Managers!

We apologize for the issue that affected the Association tournaments on April 28th. As a compensation, each affected Association will receive 3 points for each match lost, so there won’t be a disadvantage. On top of that, the members of these Associations will receive 5 tokens each.

This is not reasonable. You will give 3 points for matches lost. But we lost 5 matches due to your system error and although you will compensate 15 points, now our chances of reaching final is gone. If our association had managed to be first this week, we would have got 50 bonus points too and we would not be relegated. Staying at Gold 1 would have given 50 tokens too. So compensation is not fair. If we don't reach finals then our association will be relegated and we will not get 50 tokens. So you have to compensate accordingly.

The same issue when we were given the last FA bug, my group relegated by a few points we easily would have had any other weekend. Nord doesn't acknowledge the value for the bonus points of placing 1st,2nd,3rd.

But v5.6 is worth relegation, isn't it? ...another non-issue had they chosen a better release date... or tested the code better... Or fed it to a dog.

As others have pointed out, as our Association is 15-3 down we now have little chance of progressing through to the final and the potential of winning 50 bonus points. The compensation does not take this into account. Add in the green and blue packages we had to use to set up our teams for the ridiculously early 4am kick off, and the compensation offered is quite frankly derisory. A shoddy way to treat your customers Nordeus.

It seems that the one that decided does not even have a clue of the association rewarding system.

We are Lion King association. Our currently ranked 27th on Top. To day, at 12 pm, 28 Apr, All member can not play in football association. " The match was not played because the defeated club did not arrive with 11 eligible player for the game" Please explain us. We don't need compensation token. We need fair play points between all associations. replay this week???.

Doesn't take a genius in math to know that the compensation ain't even close enough.

If you miss out on the final you loose alot of points.

Guido, I think it means that your Association is credited with 3pts per lost game in the standings from the earlier games, but the results from them won't be changed. However forgive me if I've read that wrongly.
