It makes for a weird user experience that level sometimes matter, and sometimes doesn't; Nordeus doesn't seem clear if we should attach meaning to the total time we've played or not.

If the complaint is really "Too much competition in the TM", Nordeus can just decrease how many managers see the same TM... But I doubt this stops all the complaints. They could just eliminate levels and season numbers, too, just display the manager start date... User experience matters, illusion matters.

You will find at the higher levels "cash" is not a problem
I do understand at the lower levels that it could be a problem though.

you mean you can buy any 18 year old with 90% with this new auction? ofcourse not just one but like 10 this season?

if i do, i probably need 1000 tokens and as extra bankruptcy...
