The game is just that: random. If you played against a 50% quality team and you were 115%, you would still probably lose 1 game for 10 you win. In essence, since team levels can be widely disparate, the game cheats by making it so that every opponent can beat your team, regardless of relative quality. This is supposed to make the game more interesting but ultimately, it just makes it tedious. The hallmark of a poor game is when the developers disenfranchise players in order to give the illusion of a challenge. Doing so is insulting to players who are dedicated and the reason people complain so much about trolls.
Unfortunately, Top Eleven doesn't care as long as players purchase products from them. The deceit is that troll result push players to believe that, if only they were slightly stronger, they would have won. Dedication isn't enough, so players have to buy green packs or tokens to get better players if they want to increase their odds of winning.
