I will keep my best players out of the initial lineup and then sub them in the first minute

If they wanted to prevent people from tanking they should implement relegation for the last 3 teams or another form of penalty from not winning for a long time (ex: more debts from losses or players not honoring their contracts and going to other teams etc.)

Once I thought that too, but its little bit risky too, we can sub only 3 players, if anyone got injured, or got one yellow, or bad rating then... ????

I tank several times, as game system make me to do it, if system change I'll happy to follow that. Even one of the forum thread I wrote that game should relegate tanking team and promote them when they can have rank 1-4 on next season or make a relegate team league. At the same time, Nord should bring vacation time option, if any team (or manager) need time off for a season or two due to RL, then that team can go vacation mode; in that case, manager can login (or not) but can't train his players, can't sell or transfer too.
