Mine is 4-5-1v as well. I've got two sets of orders I love to use with it, depending on opponent. It's so flexible

Defensive, flanks, mixed or long, counters on, high press, normal, zonal, no trap.

and

normal or attacking, flanks, short, no counters, low press, normal, m2m, trap (optional)

Mine is 451v it's simply d best formation it can beat any formation if u use d right orders, and as far as I'm concerned there is no effective counter to this formation.
If ur opponent is stronger than u and he uses 451v,u are screwed #ultimate formation
