    Ability Specialist

I've been wracking my brain trying to find a player that will score my freekick regularly but had very little luck. I signed a young 'freekick specialist' and brought him on as a sub and he scored a debut goal.

My question is, if I want to concentrate all his training on scoring goals via in play or freekicks, what training drills should I focus on?
First one to say set piece delivery gets slapped with a wet fish.

This is the striker I want him to one day replace.

While we're on the topic, do you train your players accordingly. Example, wingers = speed.

I have a new GK since then and I didn't score a single goal from setting my GK to take them.
    Is it a bug?

My best player is an AML player I bought at 3 stars at 18 years old, power trained him in all his key attributes and he's pretty much an 8 star in attack, has 18 goals and 18 assists in the league this season.

that interesting... cause that time i had 2 GK the one who really good at scoring FK and the other who never score from it. i think your GK is the other kind. :/

*no cure from it as far i know. the GK just not score

*ps : i only train to get bonus and extra condition goes to friendly or general train that has less grey area to the player. so... nothing special about training for me.

So would you say an even round training to match highlighted abilities works best?

I like to keep players on for a few seasons, especially ones with abilities so I try to train them to be over powering in their position.

When power training a young player I try to raise his lowest highlighted attributes, that way it seems the overall quality grows a little bit faster other than that I don't care that much. I have had different players with low non highlighted shooting who score from outside the box.

if you really want some detailed advice rather than generic one. i do had an idea about training general attacker base on top scorer in league. *it require own research

    1st way :
    ###secret method###

    2nd way :
this one the easy one. but! it require a lot of token. go to league - top score again. this time go to that player squad (search for young player top scorer) and offer him transfer for that player *bid him half pool of that transfer player token. if the other show any interest bid to almost full token. and wait.

the problem is only work on 5 star or lower and other manager can show no interest in token/selling his proven top scores player. *then train him base on way 1st.

That's interesting. It makes sense the lesser skills train faster. Say his shooting is at 75% and finishing is at 100% I would imagine the shooting skill would train quicker.
