Season 98 - Are you ready?

My last season was a writeoff halfway through as we failed to pass group stage and were out of cup in quarters after the manager went awol due to real life concerns.
We did manage to salvage 3rd in the league after some nervy matches in the last 3 games vs 4th and 5th place.
Had a player on each of the league top 5 lists.
After paring down our squad's size and having 6 of our best up for contract renewal, our chances for a treble look decent having been placed in slightly lower quality draws. There will likely be a couple teams that buy big but my best 11 are sitting at about 92% Q with a low 4 star youth system GK. We have an old rival to overcome in the 2nd cup stage though.

I will likely add an older high 5* GK after league draw if this youth keeper can't handle CL pressure and my only other direct need has already been filled. Bought an 18 year old DC/DMC/DML for 19T and will power train header SA onto him as its the only one I'm missing in my starting 11.

I will likely be playing 3 at the back with offensive formations for the majority of my matches.
