    Flank attackers fall in

How’s your experience about starting with down both flanks or a single flank and switching flanks if things don’t go well?

Way way less effective than playing down the middle. Think about it, how often does your team score from all the crosses they put in?

If opponent has 3DC-DMC, you will have a hard time with through the middle.

Depending on how you line up.

Mixed passing with 2 strikers and a forward aiming attacking midfielder should do if you have the quality in your team.

I line up with 3 CD’s and a DMC against anyone who isn’t substantially stronger than me

Depends what formation I play. If you don’t have 2 central midfielders then short passing doesn’t work well.

I usually play with an attacking and defensive midfielder, so long balls work better

    It depends on oppo's formation.
I will play through middle only if oppo has no DMC, and this not in all cases.

For me flanks are very effective, especially when you play defense

So when playing flanks, you’re always down both flanks or switch from left to right or vice versa?

So even 442ND with motivated DL/DR can play mixed focus too right?

I hardly play through the middle these days even when I use narrow formations I used mixed focus. Flank attack is very effective for me when I play 451v and my aml/amr are fond of crossing the ball to each other to score.
