Changes are auto-saved now. During your pre-match setup, if you'd like to undo, you can do so with the undo button in the bottom right corner.

Note that the undo button is not there during Live Match

So if you accidentally change the wrong player then you have no security of the save button. Previously if you realised this (not all mobile phone screens are giant-sized) you could make the right choice and then press the save button before the change came active on the pitch. Real-life manager can make changes before committing the sub, you know...
