How do I counter this 3-2-3-2

This is one of the hardest matches I will have this season, so how do I counter this?!

Just put your players on the pitch anywhere as you only have the illusion of control, it doesn't matter.

It entirely does matter what formation you play as i have testedd this lately, even playing with 11 men up front

    6 midfielders. Out possession him.

These days I use 4-2-3-1 with great success. I use inverted fullbacks like Man City in irl. You can try that too if you want.

4-2-3-1 and 3-1-2-3-1 seem to be overpowered at this moment. And we all know how long these "moments" can be if we're talking about Nordeus.
