Usually in the beginning of the season I invest my greens to ft (usually about 400).
I do the GK training to all of them (to save time) and then I give once

    -Press the play to defenders
    -Slalom dribble to MC
    -Wing play to attackers.

After this massive training, I 'm doing a mix of drills.

Do you always use the same mixed drills for every position or focus on some attributes the player lack of? For example, strength/marking/heading and tackling for defenders. It can be helpful tho if we know the primary attributes that we should focus on since greens are limited except you spend cash or have a lot of tokens.

It would be. Alas, we don't.
Of course, you can always check top100 teams and just copy their style of training.

no, I don't give much intention in specific skills as I don't see any impact in the gameplay.

High quality, some "talent" of the players and good management/coaching are enough for me.

What is the point of training strikers, midfielders and defenders in the goalkeeper training? they wont gain any skills from that training, right?

the GK training is a glitch, where you put all your players but none except the GK is gaining anything.
But in the next "normal" training for them, they earn all the skill points from previous condition loss (investing the relative greens).
So I 'm saving time from this boring training system.

    -Press the play to defenders
    -Slalom dribble to MC
    -Wing play to attackers.
I give a massive GK training to all of them and one drill to each position players.
That saves me from triple spending time.

    * but not less greens
