Saved feature...????

During the match if we change the formation we can save it but is it really saved?

Today I played a match started 4-1-4-1, around 40' game time I change the formation to 4-1-2-1-2, save it, come back to match screen and yes it was showing 4-1-2-1-2 but after half time around 50' I go back to home screen to refresh the game stat then come back to match screen and it shows my team playing 4-1-4-1.
Now I have to set the formation again on formation screen, save it then come back to match screen, yes change saved but still confused is that saved real or cosmetic.

I didn't take any screen shot but I'll try to get that on my next match.

hmm yes it happened to me , and also when i decided to sub a player at 60' , i pressed save button but the actual sub happened 20 mins later... like if there's a delay
