Tired of wasting tokens on transfer market?

One thing I like this new market system that every after 4 min new players and I never spend more than 5T for a FT, if I see anyone bidding my 5T then I step back let the bidder win. I always buy 3*/4*/5* 18 yo FT then one season without using any green I try to give them one SA and one or two more position as required (sometime extra green require end of the season). Next season those new players turn 19yo and lost 20% skill, which is good for me to train there main skills as I wanted. Last season my St+amc+aml, Mr+amr+st and Dmc+mc+amc turn 23yo, this season they are 24 yo which I don't like to keep them and spend too much green; so I bought 3 18 yo FT for those position. They are playing not bad.

Following players 1T 18 yo FT, 3-5*; I give them one or two extra position and one SA:






This one cost me 5T, 5*; my expectation was high but still he doesn't make me happy:



These 5 players are set for my team/club, they will play next 5 season (until 23 yo), next 5 seasons I'll train them mostly phy & mental. so I have 5 seasons to save resources.

That's the best way, I think the fact they last you to 23/24 goes to show you don't have to spend 50T on one player
