Maximum upgrade levels

So has anyone completed all upgrades for the facilities?
If so can they remember what levels they each go to and what gaps between levels?

Note: The costs and durations have been changed with one of the upgrades late last year. Early durations are much shorter, later durations longer. All costs are reduced by approx 1/4 to 1/3 of the listed costs.
