My tactic exactly. Usually through negotiations.

So the best for me is to wait till new season start to buy new players?
I buy the ones that are almost 100% and train them fast to 120% ?
and then still train them fast to 140% ?

How do you guys find the fast trainers, its very confusing to me

There is a very good chance that you will not find any fast trainers through negotiations
I would stay clear of that btw
