Need a new formation!

Is that 4-2-3-1 with MC or DMCs? I like the idea with MC's but assumed the defence would need 1 defensive midfielder as protection.

I just assumed the formation is the problem because the players quality is higher than most of the teams I play against. I need to train or buy corner and penalty specialists. My tactics are pretty standard. Mentality is attacking and pressing his hard though so I'll change mentality to normal in case it is leaving my team too open.

The problem is you play the same formation. It looks like you don't even consider switching from 4-2-3w-1 to 3w-1-2-3w-1 if needed. I don't think with "I-play-this-formation-only" attitude you can get far. If you want to play like that, choose something universal, at least. Old good 4-5-1V, for example.

What quality do you have at the end of the season?
Do you know about fast-trainers? Do you buy them?
What is your play style: token buying, farming, or casual?
