Been reading the forum and seeing a lot of people say "power train" 18-19 yr olds.

Though a lot of work, I think I've gotten it. I've heard however that players will lose % in their stars when the new season starts. Any truth?

your player reduce 20% because your club leveling up, your club will compete in higher level league, but your player remain the same, that's why

what do you mean you "heard" ?
Aren't those your players ?
Didn't they loose quality ?
They aren't LV1 players

Reading through the forums maybe I miss read it.

Yes these two are my players. My striker is now star 8 since I posted this. I am in 2nd place in my league and should be moving up next season. Just wondering if he will drop from that level when I move up or he will remain 8 star rated (maybe 9 if I can power train him more) next season
