what do you mean you "heard" ?I've heard however that players will lose % in their stars when the new season starts. Any truth?

Reading through the forums maybe I miss read it.
Yes these two are my players. My striker is now star 8 since I posted this. I am in 2nd place in my league and should be moving up next season. Just wondering if he will drop from that level when I move up or he will remain 8 star rated (maybe 9 if I can power train him more) next season
