Struggling Very Badly!!!

After Top Eleven updated its gameplay and visualization, Im struggling very badly. Few formations has been destroying me easily. One of them is 31231 ( DL DC DR/ DMC/ MC MC/ AMR AMC AML/ ST ) .. Can any decent player suggest me how to fight against it?

i) 3W-1-2N-2W-2 - mixed pass, both flank
ii) 3W-1-3N-2W-1 - short pass, both flank

Can you tell more about orders.. Whats best for 451 v ?

I play 4-5-1. Attacking. Passing short and wide. Counters on. Pressing high. Tackling normal. Marking zonal. Offside off.
That's how I usually start a match.

I use those

defense/counters high pressing (for strong opponent) , normal tackling, no offside, mix pass, flanks

and if it doesn't work, switch to attack/no counters , maybe add man to man

nik already answered about the counter formation but still if you like to use then I use against 3w-1-2-3w-1 => 3w-1-3 mc-1-2 through the mid, normal, no counter, no offside [make sure your 4 defenders stay back] or 4-1-3-2 same through the mid
