I have a striker from the Youth system, 18 years old and I trained him up to be my best substitute with a SA and at 112% quality.
My two main strikers are 122% and 23/24 years old, and I don't need a third right now as my AMC is the best player in my squad, and other midfielders are also scoring.
I'm not sure whether to power train the 18 y/o now and take advantage of his age, or wait until the new season when he drops 20%. As far as I'm aware he would train faster when 92% than 112%, but the extra year slows training down too.
