If the community figures something out which leads to success without spending money, Nordeus doesn't like it and they change it.

There is a lack of new (and good) features. Challenges are quite nice, but it's not enough. Most discounts are still expensive. The majority of players will never buy an official kit or a logo with cash, so you should regularly bring some new premium kits and logos, which can be bought with tokens.
The offers for players are joke. The players are very often too old and way too expensive. Because of this (and other things) you are not making as much money as you could be making. But that's your problem.
CONCLUSION:
Since some of your employees are useless, I don't understand why don't you ask us, the community, to help you with a few things. There are many people who have clever and interesting ideas, because they've been playing Top Eleven for a very long time they know this game. And most importantly, they care about this game.
So, that's all I had to say. I hope I didn't forget anything. This might be my most honest post in this forum. (And I'm curious if it will remain unnoticed like many great ideas that have been written in this forum.)

I think its good they are trying to address the issue. If its the best way? Time will tell.
I'm all aboard for any attempts that blocks the cheesy tactic of "lowering team power to manipulating the seedings, once the seedings are done go to your reserve team spend greens like crazy and upsell your mutants to your main team, dominate the season. rinse and repeat".
It's a start, but its still Top Exploit 2018 until they fix other fundamental issues. my 2c

So. Let's not forget what this added change has done, and that is - It eliminated the mutating of players for good. I'm wondering what you're on about Kaizer Franz, but if there is yet another way to do this, don't worry we'll find out fast. The players them self come around and tell us. That support channel isn't just for technical issue reporting.
So mutants are done. New ones won't be created. Some of you seem to diminish the problem with mutants while others still remember how that was one of the main points of discussion for plenty of periods of time here on the forum. I am not sure who of you who diminish the importance of this were actually milking the exploit for all its worth but let me remind you that it was never taken lightly over here.
You may think it's pretty easy to deal with something like this but as you can see even this little (microscopic) change did quite a ripple effect. How much of that effect is true to its value and how much is being overblown is yet to be seen. And determined it will be with upcoming days. But yeah, it ain't as easy as "Just do what the players are telling you to do!!!" - Even in the past, whether you believe it or not, plenty of the changes have come exactly from the community. But if you think the community has a hive mind and thinks and acts the same way... oh boy, wake up. Even here on the forum there are groups of people with vastly differentiating opinions that either agree or disagree depending on what's on the daily agenda.
I'm sorry to hear that there might have been people affected who've never dabbled in this damn thing, though.

You create things and features that you break and erase then , there are plenty and i can tell you some of them : job center , loan , training feature that is now broken ( it was great at the beginning ) and many others .

The major stumbling block for me is we didn't get told. and it's been done at the wrong time last week of the season would of been better when players are not doing any heavy training.

New training method doesn't bother me as i play fair but for not giving us a heads up something was going to change is really poor costumer service,
I read earlier from your colleague that we couldn't say anything because we were trying things out.
christ tell us you were doing it then we could stop power training or do any heavy training in this period.
There is no excuse really to why we were not told and it's really made me think as i have pumped quite alot of money in this game and to be screwed like this is a big nono.

Here is my experience with another mobile/PC game guys.
I was addicted to a card game called Hearthstone for about 2 years. I did not spend a dime but managed to become a pretty good and competitive player and unlocked all Legendary Cards of my class (they would cost hundreds of dollars if bought directly). Keep in mind that being a card game the time and effort spent was far far more than TE.
The game had big updates every 3 months that introduced new cards and new strategies. At first this was welcomed for me because it kept the game fresh but then after I started a time demanding job I couldn't keep up and they even introduced a new system and lowered the quality of many popular cards, making many overused strategies obsolete. This was welcomed by some and hated by many, I at the time took a very easy decision to stop playing the game that I spent literal days mastering. I had great times but I realized it was over and kept the best memories.
Moral of the story this is the nature of mobile games, they change without looking back and at any time we should be ready to make a decision to go forward and learn or stop playing. I still have to say that communication could have at least made the changes less annoying for many.
I feel bad for Sausy and Jeeves because they are very nice guys for whatever problem I've had, but sadly they have to take heat for something they didn't do.
The issue is you guys 'drop the ball on everything' be it change in formation screen, displayed quality, arrows, to mention but a few.Quote:
