Team to be limited to 11 reserves (that includes bench)
HAVE A UNDER 20 JUNIOR TEAM OF 13 PLAYERS
there could even be a league for them too....? Even a cup...
These players then get trained and when they reach 18 yrs old you have the option to promote to reserves or sell them.
What age should they start? 14/15 but your scout could find a range from 14-19
Maybe only available once you've built a junior team training area and pitch?
For all players there should be a SALE button that lets the game know that player is for sale. (18 yrs old and over)
In the transfer window your player(s) appear with their rating. Prices should start 10% below market rate.
Player's bracket ratings determine which you are able to buy, 99% or lower still. (if your player is rated 48% it will appear to lower league teams as higher due to rating in brackets) similarly you will have opportunity to buy players from higher leagues dependent on their bracket rating.
Do you chance it that a player you want wont get sold so price will decrease...or bid straight away?
Same 3 min window with unsold players being relisted -5% of starting price.
When players get sold you get the final price AND TOKENS - 20% of both fee for Nordeus / Top Eleven being the sellers.
This means if bidding goes crazy on your player you stand to make a decent profit not only in gold but also tokens.
This also means you may have space in your junior team for more youngsters, which your scout can give options on.
you can still approach managers for players not listed....and make offers
This means instead of random generated players filling up the transfer window, there would be a finite number of real players. This would mean you have to be smart with your buying and selling rather than just haphazard as it is now.
Plus training players becomes more crucial.
This would also create a history for the players which could be another area that could be of interest. Showing stats gained from previous teams.
It would add another level of reality.
To counter peoples mistaken idea that I am suggesting reverting to an older version but that I am suggesting an improvement to the new system.
Same as the current negotiations tab but as the auction tab instead.
Where all listed players are from real teams who wish to sell them!
But with the players skill level so that only teams from certain levels can buy. i.e. 99% and below so if you decide to list your 74% player and your level 20 then only teams level 18 and above can purchase. Similarly if you have a 24% player then your probably talking 5-6 levels below your level would view him.
