How do i know if a player is a fast trainer ?

Hi, at the start of the next season i would like to buy another "carrier" in to my team , how do i know if he will train fast ? Also i would like to buy a two fotted one ,would it cost a lot of time if i would want to find a two fotted plater ?

Or should i just train this one in the next season too ?

My AML was worht 27MIL with a 61-62 rating with 820k wage , so is he a fast trainer ?
