Squad rebuilding

Hi guys, I’m a level 17 manager. I was wondering if anyone would like to share their tips with me on how to rebuild our squad every season without using too much money and also tips on selling players.Thanks.

I 'm trying to have 8-9 young fast trainers

and keep them from 18 to 21/22 y.o.
I use them in my games and do some training so they can go from 90% to 110/115% every season.
I also have some 2*-3* cheap players just to complete the squad and do training for the bonus.
Every new season , the first 1-2 days I 'll buy 2-3 not attractive 80% players just to complete my 11th squad and later when the market calms, I buy the rest.

Selling doesn't matter, I just set the higher price.
Bot teams are buying and selling the players anyway.
Only from negotiations human managers buying or selling players.

But aren’t young players very expensive to buy, my budget is only 490M right now

If you read that summary, I said there that you can buy them slowly.
3 the first season, another 3 the second, another 3 the next.
But it's important to farm 20-25 greens per day.

What maximum age for my players in main squad( after 25 they can’t gain any skills), is it better to make maximum age for my starting lineup 25?

I did read your summary, so that means I’ll need to buy 3 young players who r fast trainers, and train them a lot every season so that they’ll gain 1 star every season?

And also what if they r not a fast trainer anymore, can I sell them to make funds for other young player?
